Booking confirmation

The booking is confirmed once full payment or the agreed deposit has been made. You will receive an email with all the details and the exact location of the boarding.

 

Methods of payment

We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer and other digital platforms (check availability).

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 7 days before: full refund.

Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance: no refund.

In case of bad weather or force majeure: rescheduling, voucher or full refund will be offered.

 

Punctuality

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. In case of no-show, the booking is lost without refund.

 

Changes in the number of people

On private departures, the number of persons can be adjusted up to 48 hours before departure, always within the legal limit of the boat.

On single ticket departures, each ticket is personal and non-transferable.

 

Pets

Pets are allowed on board. Please inform us when booking.

 

Safety rules

It is not permitted to board the boat under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. It is compulsory to follow the crew’s instructions at all times to ensure the safety of all passengers.
